Intern With Us

The National Association of Scholars offers internships to train students and graduates in the principles of intellectual freedom and reasoned debate.

Nearly every spring, summer, and fall NAS offers two or more paid internships. Through these internships, NAS staff train and mentor college students and recent graduates (and occasionally high school students). Interns are given responsibilities comparable to those of staff members, and they have opportunities to engage with our mission by writing articles for NAS, speaking with NAS faculty members, and representing NAS publicly at our events. Internships are one of the means by which NAS educates the next generation about intellectual freedom and reasoned debate. Applications are open year-round.
