Randy O. Wayne

Randy O. Wayne is Associate Professor of Integrative Plant Science at Cornell’s College of Agriculture and Life Sciences; [email protected]. Along with the Heterodox Academy Campus Community and the Cornell Free Speech Alliance, Wayne has been holding Cornell University accountable over the administration’s belief that free expression is of no greater value than the competing and mostly incompatible values of diversity, equity, and inclusion. He is the recipient of the 2023 “Courage in Education” awarded by the Steamboat Institute of Colorado for his outspoken defense of free inquiry.
