Recently we published  A Crisis of Competence, our California affiliate's study of the extensive politicization of the curriculum in the university of California state higher education system. Copies were sent individually to the California board of regents and to the system's president, Mark Yudof. President Yudof responded in a letter of April 6; CAS president John Ellis and board chairman Charles Geshekter replied in turn on April 18, 2012. Both letters follow as PDF files below.
